Welcome to the Ontario Federation of ATV Clubs

A group of clubs in Ontario, operated by volunteers, with the goal of providing safe, legal and sustainable trails across the province. Our staff and volunteers are constantly working with provincial government and municipalities, championing the rights of the ATV rider. We endeavour to help the general public understand that our members are a group of outdoor enthusiasts who respect other outdoor sports and are environmentally conscious. Joining an OFATV club gives you the opportunity to shape the future of our sport and the province wide trail system we’re building. Join a club, get involved, & go riding!

Ontario Federation of ATV Clubs

A not-for-profit ATV Organization for ATV Clubs in Ontario Why the OFATVTrail Permits

IMPORTANT MESSAGE

Due to the pandemic Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the constantly changing updates and directives from all levels of government, the OFATV is taking proactive measures to support efforts to reduce the spread of this worldwide pandemic.

These are unprecedented times and like many other responsible businesses we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the safety of you, your families, our communities and businesses across the province.

The OFATV Executive Board of Directors is asking all OFATV clubs to cancel any scheduled face to face meetings until further notice and instead use the OFATV conference call line to conduct club business.

As trails are closed for Spring thaw presently there are no group rides to cancel, we will be keeping on top of the ever-changing information and will notify of any cancellations of future rides as the time come closer. Unfortunately, we cannot open our trails earlier for those wanting to get out and ride, opening date for many clubs depends on by-laws and mother nature.

Help prevent the spread of Invasive Species

In Ontario, there are rules to prevent and control the spread of invasive species in the natural environment. They’re set out in Ontario’s Invasive Species Act. As an off-road enthusiast you can do your part by cleaning your ATV or ORV free of soils before your next ride. Nanotech Environmental can help with Zoom Concentrated Cleaner… it’s powerful, it’s versatile and it’s environmentally friendly!
